When we quickly found our dream property, she worked diligently to help us prepare to list our current home. She was instrumental in helping us obtain a new roof by putting us in touch with the right roofing company who met with our insurance agency. She walked us through every step of the process and was patient with our many questions. We sold our home and moved into our new home in just two months! Tracie is an amazing agent. She was our buyer agent in 2009 and helped us first time homeowners, navigate the market waters. The housing market was just starting to recover, and so many real estate laws and lending laws changed that year. She answered every question we needed her to, as if she wrote the laws herself and got us a great deal on our starter home. She again became our agent, on the sellers side, in 2019 for the same house. She got us top dollar! We were living in Nashville by that point and she seamlessly handled every detail and contract negotiation from a distance! I cannot recommend her enough.
